This full time in-office role is pivotal for fostering collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

As the Director of Engineering, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer and strategize the organization's engineering capability.

Your focus will include ensuring technical teams are equipped, fostering communication, and streamlining project execution to meet critical deadlines.

You will also lead a culture of inspiration and continuous improvement within the team, identifying and implementing process enhancements alongside product and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor the engineering team and Team Leads
• Ensure teams have necessary expertise and tools




• Promote effective communication across engineering disciplines
• Foster collaboration with stakeholders and customers
• Establish accountable leadership models with transparent expectations

Requirements:
• 15+ years’ experience in hardware/software product development
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual in French and English
• Knowledge of system engineering
