Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our agile restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, managing guest interactions, and supporting overall restaurant operations to provide a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties.
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are strictly followed during food handling and serving.
Assist in food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables promptly.
Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally.




Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and dining spaces according to sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor.
Ability to handle food safely and adhere to sanitation standards.
Basic math skills for cashiering and transaction management.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
Knowledge of food industry practices, including food handling, preparation, and serving techniques.
Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
