Job Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to read drawings properly and understand fabrication techniques.
Meticulous attention to detail, inspecting surfaces ensuring top quality.
Checks measurements to ensure proper quality prior to fabrication and reports any discrepancies to shop foreman.
All sinks to be laid out and checked by another fabricator or Shop Foreman prior to cutting
Deep understanding of all different varieties of stone and has worked with them before or has a desire to learn high end fabrication techniques.
Ensures proper techniques of moving stone, understanding different stone requires different methods.
Checks measurements to ensure proper quality prior to fabrication and reports any discrepancies to shop foreman.

Qualifications




The ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in a Stone Countertop Fabrication position.
Knowledge of the construction industry would be a very strong asset.
Ability to learn and retain information, multi-task and work under pressure in a team-oriented workplace.
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs +.
Must possess a valid Class 5 Driver’s License
