Red Swan Pizza is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team. The ideal candidate has solid leadership skills, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining high food quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff during assigned shifts.
Schedule, assign, and monitor employee duties.
Train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain company standards.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and food safety compliance.
Open and close the restaurant following company procedures.
Manage cash handling,
POS transactions, and daily sales reconciliation.
Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as required.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and workplace regulations.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Support cost control by minimizing food waste and monitoring labour costs.
Prepare daily operational reports for management.
Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
