Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently. This position requires a robust work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced workplace, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
Assemble and fabricate products as per specifications and quality standards.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various tasks related to product assembly and maintenance.
Maintain an organized and clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks in the workplace.
Lift up to and including 50 lbs. of material safely and consecutively.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in operating forklifts; certification is a plus.
Read and interpret shop drawings and cut sheets.
Experience with hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
