Philip Fernandes Designs is hiring an organized, detail-driven Architectural Technologist. We prefer candidates with 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial construction who thrive in a rapid-paced setting, meet deadlines consistently, and take pride in producing clean, accurate drawings.

Responsibilities
Prepare working drawings — site plans, floor plans, elevations, wall sections, and details
Produce detailing for residential and commercial projects
Conduct by-law and code compliance reviews for each project
Maintain and develop office drafting standards in AutoCAD

Requirements
5+ years of Canadian construction experience preferred, in residential and/or commercial projects
Bachelor of Architecture or Architectural Technology Diploma




Proficiency in AutoCAD
Strong understanding of the Ontario Building Code and local by-laws
Solid grasp of residential construction methods and detailing practices
Strong written, verbal, and reading skills
Competency in Microsoft Office; SketchUp, Photoshop, or InDesign an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
