Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
Perform data entry and account reconciliation using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, and ADP
Process payroll accurately through systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or UltiPro while adhering to payroll regulations
Maintain detailed bookkeeping records and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented
Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
Assist with budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management




Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation and audit preparation

Qualifications
Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with familiarity in various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Workday, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms
Robust understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger management
Proficiency in data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis techniques
Excellent math skills with attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex financial data
Ability to adapt quickly to different accounting systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, UltiPro, or Workday
Knowledge of financial services industry practices is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
