Saugeen Golf Club is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in plant care, landscape maintenance, and horticultural practices. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, contribute to sustainable landscaping projects, and enhance the beauty and health of various areas throughout the property.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain landscape projects, ensuring aesthetic appeal and plant health
Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks such as pruning, mulching, fertilizing, and planting
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various horticultural tasks
Monitor plant health, diagnose issues, and apply appropriate treatments or interventions
Collaborate with team members to plan seasonal planting schedules and landscape improvements

Qualifications




Experience with landscape maintenance techniques and gardening practices
Knowledge of horticultural principles including plant selection, soil management, and pest control
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently
