We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a busser. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with beverage orders and serving
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health regulations
Support with beverage preparation tasks as needed
Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and services
Ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with table setups or cleanups during shifts
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Skills
Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent cleaning skills to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus
Solid communication skills to facilitate teamwork and guest interactions
