Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and creativity among children
Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, ensuring inclusive participation in all activities
Observe and document children’s progress, sharing insights with families and team members to support ongoing development
Maintain a safe and clean classroom workplace by adhering to health, safety, and sanitation standards




Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and organize engaging group activities
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to provide updates on children’s achievements and well-being

Qualifications
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices
Demonstrated ability to care for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities
Classroom experience that highlights your ability to manage group activities and foster positive behavior
Passion for teaching and supporting young learners’ development through creative approaches
Relevant certifications in early childhood education or caregiving are preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills and a nurturing attitude that builds trust with children and families

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
