BAK’D Cookies is more than a cookie shop. We’re building a neighbourhood cafe and third space where people feel comfortable, connected, and taken care of.

We’re looking for a Barista who cares about quality, moves with intention during busy service, and genuinely enjoys creating a excellent experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do
Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, and specialty beverages to BAK’D standards
Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume rushes
Engage with customers in a warm, genuine, and efficient way
Support the front-of-house flow (taking orders, running drinks, restocking)
Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Work closely with the team to maintain a smooth, positive service environment

What We’re Looking For
Previous barista experience is preferred
Ability to work quickly without compromising quality




Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Transparent communication and team-first mindset
Someone who stays calm under pressure and takes initiative
Availability for weekends and peak hours
