Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking direction from Team Lead. Helping with applying polyurea on commercial roofs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties
Prepare job sites by ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others on the job site.




Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.

Experience
Previous experience is preferred.
Familiarity with materials, tools, and safety practices is a plus.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
