We are seeking a agile and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our team and support the successful delivery of restoration projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with project managers, vendors, insurance adjusters and home owners to ensure seamless project execution, adherence to timelines, and achievement of strategic objectives. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help drive project momentum, facilitate communication, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities
Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Office, Xact Analysis, Xactimate, Proven Jobs and Encircle.
Help monitor project progress through data analysis and collection, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate communication among team members, vendors, insurance adjusters and home owners through through email and over the phone.
Support project managers by assisting with responding to emails, making notes, answering calls.




Assist in tracking project budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on course while managing expectations effectively.

Experience
Familiarity with Xact Analysis, Xactimate, Encircle and Proven Jobs, Microsoft Office would be an asset.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
Robust organizational skills with the capacity to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills for clear documentation.
