Seeking an experienced Truck Shop Supervisor to lead day-to-day repair and maintenance operations in a quick-paced service workplace. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee shop operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely repairs
Lead, train, and support technicians and apprentices
Conduct safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture
Monitor performance, productivity, and service metrics
Support process improvements and operational efficiency
Assist with complex repairs as needed

Qualifications:
310T Truck and Coach Technician License
5+ years of supervisory experience in a truck/service environment




Robust hands-on mechanical experience (Hino and/or Cummins preferred)
Proven leadership, organization, and team development skills
