We are looking for someone to join our growing team as a lead cabinet installer here at Wellington Millwork. As a company, we are committed to our team first. We are looking for people with a positive attitude who want to grow in a friendly, hardworking , family-oriented workplace.

Our installers work anywhere from 44 - 48 hours a week with lots of opportunities to make overtime after 44 hours.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for someone with experience accustomed to working with precision and care. Cabinet installers will travel to job sites with teams to install custom millwork. We need someone who pays attention to details, can problem solve and learn quickly. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with 5 years in cabinetry install and is confident in their ability to lead on a job site.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead an install crew
Asses and plan for installation
Install cabinetry
Drive to jobsite
Troubleshoot and problem solve issues for successful installation
Scribe fillers, crown and baseboard to floors, walls and ceiling
Communicate with trades, site manager and clients




Relay feedback regarding issues to the shop manager
Quality control finished product
Keep van and job site organized
Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers

CORE COMPETENCIES:

5 years of experience in Cabinet install
Experience in home building is an asset

Ability to work with hand tools
Ability to lift and carry 60 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 44.0 per week
