Traditional Hardwood Flooring Ltd. is looking for experienced Flooring Finishers for full-time employment or contract work. We have been a well-established brand since 2002. We provide steady, contiguous work year-round.

We are not looking for beginners, helpers or apprentices. We need seasoned professionals who can walk onto a job site and deliver flawless results without supervision.

What We Offer
Pay Range: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (Negotiable based on experience and employment type).
Work Type: Open to both regular W2/T4 Employment and Independent Contract (1099/Subcontractor) arrangements.

Responsibilities
Perform skilled-grade sanding, staining and finishing on various hardwood species.
Operate heavy sanding equipment (belt sanders, edgers, buffers) with precision and zero machine marks.




Apply stains, sealers, polyurethane, water-based finishes and oils to elite industry standards.
Match custom colors, repair damaged boards and handle complex transitions or borders.
Maintain clean job sites and ensure dust containment systems are used effectively.

Requirements
Experience: Proven history as a lead hardwood finisher (absolute minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on finishing experience).
Skills: Expert knowledge of wood species, sanding grits, stain applications and finishing chemicals.
Traits: Strong attention to detail, reliability, punctuality and pride in craftsmanship.
Must have: Valid Ontario driver's license.

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
