Millwork Industry Estimator– Etobicoke, ON

About Our Client:

Our client is a Millwork and Manufacturing Firmthat has been in business for over 20 years and they are growing! They are looking for two experienced Estimator who do come from industry, specialists who are familiar with customer work in Wood, Stone, Glass, Acrylics and more!

What You Will Be Doing, as a Estimator:
Determining the costs and logistics associated with millwork contracts for large commercial construction projects
Prepared quotes and proposals to present to clients
Read architectural and interior design drawings
Review contract documents, such as project specifications, construction schedules, and bid forms
Using Bluebeam, Onedrive, Saleshandy software regularly
Assess all factors of a project scope that may impact cost
Estimate time, materials and labour required to complete a project

What You Should Have, as a Estimator:
5+ years of experience in the architectural, construction, and manufacturing industry
Excel, Word,



and Outlook experience
Bluebeam, Onedrive, Saleshandy software experience
Experience in the woodworking or millwork industry

What You Will Receive as a Estimator:
$85,000-$100,000 depending on experience

The Shift You Will Be Working is:
8:30 am -5:00 pm
Monday -Friday
In Office

Where You Will Be Working, as:
Etobicoke, On

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
