In your role, you will support high-level research programs, collaborating closely with senior administrators to fulfill strategic objectives.
Your expertise in university research administration will guide you as you manage various projects to enhance the recruitment of prestigious research chairs and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic projects for research services
• Collaborate with senior administrators on research initiatives
• Provide project management support for research programs
• Develop large-scale research funding proposals
• Ensure adherence to best practices in university policy
Requirements:
• Post Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD)
• Minimum six years in university research administration
• Extensive experience in complex project leadership
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of equity, diversity, and inclusion best practices
