We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our team at the entry level Line Cook/Dishwasher position. In this role, you will be responsible ensuring all dishes and tools are cleaned properly, assisting with prep and eventually assisting with service. You will work in a rapid-paced kitchen setting, ensuring that all food safety standards are met and that each task is performed correctly. Duties
Cleaning the dishes and kitchen tools as needed by the kitchen team and maintaining a clean station.

-Assisting the kitchen team with prep jobs as they instruct and doing them in a efficient, clean and organized manner.

-Cleaning kitchen areas as per chef instructions and instructional cleaning lists.

-Assisting kitchen team with service tasks and preparation of dishes as requested by the chef.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.




Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change during transactions.

-Write and execute prep lists and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is always ready to operate.

Experience
Previous experience in food preparation and cooking on a line is preferred but not necessary.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
