Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton. This vital role based in our clinic will support patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and ensure a seamless healthcare experience for our specialized clientele. Your contribution will help uphold our mission of delivering exceptional health services.

What you do
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and empathy.
Manage patient appointments and scheduling efficiently.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records in compliance with privacy standards.
Coordinate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Ensure the clinic operates smoothly by supporting administrative tasks.
Provide information about treatments and services offered.
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient care processes.





Who you are
3 -5 yrs of proven experience in a medical office setting, with strong knowledge of medical terminology.
Education in healthcare an asset
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
Experience with direct billing
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Previous experience in dental or healthcare offices is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Salary: Depending on experience
