Senior Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions that support enterprise business processes. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Salesforce development, enterprise integrations, and contemporary DevOps practices, with the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, test classes, and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
- Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and backend services.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement and support integration patterns across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices and coding standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and implementation guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platform.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.




- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience developing backend services using C# (.NET) or similar object-oriented programming languages.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, sharing model, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms and enterprise integration architectures.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), software design principles, and application architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including Platform Events, Change Data Capture, External Services, and Named Credentials.
- Experience building scalable solutions using Salesforce Flows, Flow Orchestrator, and declarative automation tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce architectural best practices and design patterns, including Lightning Data Service (LDS), Wire Adapters, and Apex Enterprise Patterns.
- Experience working in Agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
