We are excited to welcome a Senior Search Consultant, (360 full cycle) to our Calgary team. This role involves business development (Client Management and Acquisition) and full cycle recruitment (Professional and Executive). The ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Recruiter, tenured in the art of placement and passionate about serving clients for both privately held and not for profit organizations and across various industries.

The successful applicant will be a values driven, natural connector, one who builds trusted sustainable partnerships with clients and candidates.

Business Development & Relationship Management

- Develop new business and client opportunities through established relationships, referral sources, active networks, association membership and networking events.
- Skilled in new client acquisition including cold calling, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide consultative solutions, advisory and service offerings to clients.
- Negotiate terms of business and ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Full Cycle Recruitment





- Full cycle recruitment including; direct source candidates via various means including LinkedIn,direct headhunting, and sourcing on various job boards, platforms, internal databases, including indeed etc..
- Creation and customization of job descriptions and post job advertisements on relevant platforms.
- Completion of candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Adjudication of candidates strengths and alignment to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through to offer and onboarding in alignment with licensing standards and best practices.
- Maintain a strong network of top performers in areas of specialization
- Maintain accurate records on the recruitment CRM/system.
- Ongoing client and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience

- Established sales or business development experience in the recruitment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using recruitment ATS systems and AI.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Solid network in B2B across industries
- Post Secondary Degree an asset
