We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Assist in training and mentoring junior servers to uphold service standards and efficiency
- Manage table assignments, coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food handling and timely food preparation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience




- Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tables efficiently with excellent time management skills

Skills

- Proven food service experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on guest services
- Robust knowledge of POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
- Deep understanding of food safety practices, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory checks
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact confidently with guests
- Knowledge of the food industry trends, serving techniques, and upselling strategies to enhance guest experiences
