You will oversee project planning, management, and execution, ensuring compliance with contract agreements and quality standards. Ideal candidates have 8-10 years in the sheet metal industry, strong problem-solving abilities, and fluency in technical software like AutoCAD and Bluebeam. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project teams and communicate expectations
- Establish and enforce site-specific health and safety plans
- Manage project schedules and track financial performance




- Coordinate with stakeholders and subcontractors
- Ensure all project documentation is organized and up-to-date

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in the sheet metal industry
- Solid understanding of mechanical drawings
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Procore, and AutoCAD
- Formal education in Project Management is a plus
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
