We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Bilingual Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food import/distribution industry, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, shipping, and distribution.
Oversee food import processes and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
Process invoices and support accounting functions, including verifying billing accuracy and maintaining financial records.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, department managers, and external partners to optimize operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control procedures.
Develop and improve operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.




Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management as needed.

Qualifications
Bilingual (English and French) required.
Previous experience in warehouse operations, food distribution, or food import logistics.
Experience with invoicing, accounting support, and administrative operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse/inventory management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and import procedures is an asset.
