Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Laborer to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of residential and commercial outdoor spaces. This role offers an opportunity to work outdoors in a energetic environment, supporting various landscaping projects that require physical effort and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Duties
Operate equipment such as power tools, and hand tools to perform tasks efficiently
Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, and weeding
Assist with landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
Conduct general site cleanup and ensure safety standards are maintained during all activities
Assist with soil preparation, grading, and other foundational work for landscaping projects
Perform routine mechanical maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation

Skills
Experience or familiarity with gardening,



and horticulture practices
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintaining power tools and machinery
Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively in various outdoor conditions
Strong physical stamina for manual labour tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
Construction experience is a plus for supporting larger landscaping projects
Good teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently
