Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer experiences from vehicle demonstration to delivery.
Conduct product presentations, test drives, and vehicle orientations.
Educate customers on Polestar technology, charging, and ownership.
Prepare vehicles to ensure they are delivery-ready.
Support showroom events and customer engagement initiatives.




Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless delivery process.

Qualifications
Valid Class 5 B.C. driver's licence.
Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or automotive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for technology and electric vehicles.
Professional, organized, and customer-focused.
