This position focuses on accounting support and financial reporting for real estate operations in Greater Vancouver.

Reporting to the Manager of Regional Accounting, you will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and analytical processes for development and rental properties.

Your CPA designation and extensive knowledge in financial reporting and general ledger functions are critical for navigating this role effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial analysis
• Manage project budgets and cash flow reports
• Record general ledger activities, including journal entries




• Support financial analysis for potential acquisitions
• Prepare Joint Venture reporting and financial statements

Requirements:
• CPA designation required
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Robust background in IFRS and financial analysis
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar systems is an asset
