Pivotal Staffing Solutions is looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Cambridge. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.

Available Shifts
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Afternoon Shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
Night Shift: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing
Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts in a protected and efficient manner.
Load, unload, transport, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
Receive incoming shipments and prepare outgoing orders for distribution.
Perform inventory movements while ensuring product accuracy.
Supply production areas with materials as needed.




Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any operational concerns.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse areas.
Follow all company policies, GMP standards, and workplace health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For
Valid forklift certification.
Minimum one year of experience operating both Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
Experience in a food manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic computer and communication skills.

Pay: $18.00-$24.53 per hour
