Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Millwork Worker to join our production team. The ideal candidate has experience working with cabinetry, woodworking machinery, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. (NO SUBCONTRACTOR)
Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble cabinets and custom millwork components
Operate woodworking machinery (panel saw, edgebander, CNC, etc.)
Read and interpret shop drawings and cut lists
Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in production
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines
Qualifications
Experience in cabinetry or millwork (1–3+ years preferred)
Ability to use woodworking tools and machinery safely
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read shop drawings
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Physically capable of lifting materials when required
