Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately installing cabinets and related fixtures in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to transforming spaces with precision and efficiency, bringing clients’ visions to life through expert installation work. Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure precise cabinet placement and alignment
Measure, cut, assemble, and install cabinets using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail
Ensure proper attachment of cabinets to walls, floors, or other structures using appropriate hardware and techniques
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate installation schedules and address any on-site challenges
Maintain a clean and protected work environment by adhering to safety protocols and properly handling tools and materials




Conduct quality checks throughout the installation process to verify fit, finish, and functionality

Requirements
Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry roles within construction or renovation projects
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
Proficiency with hand tools (saws, drills, screwdrivers) and power tools used in cabinetry work
Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
Familiarity with construction estimating processes and material calculations is a plus
Experience with other trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry or roofing is advantageous but not required
Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail and craftsmanship
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
