Senior Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial Construction

We're partnering with a well-established Lower Mainland design-build general contractor with decades of success delivering commercial and industrial projects across BC. With a solid pipeline of repeat business, they're looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their leadership team.

What you'll do:

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, change orders, and client relationships.

• Coordinate consultants, municipal approvals, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

What we're looking for:





• 10+ years of project management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.

• Proven experience delivering large, complex design-build projects.

• Robust knowledge of BC construction practices and municipal approval processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
