Welder / Equipment Maintenance Technician Oro-Medonte, ON | Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | OT After 40 Hours
Crossroads Staffing is hiring a Welder / Equipment Maintenance Technician for a reputable drilling equipment supplier. We are seeking an experienced welder with robust Flux Core (FCAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding experience to support the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of drilling tools and heavy equipment.
Key Duties Flux Core (FCAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding
Fabrication and repair of drilling tools and heavy equipment
Read drawings, measurements, and specifications
Cut, grind, fit, and finish metal components
Equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair
Maintain a protected and organized shop
Requirements 5 years of welding experience
Strong Flux Core (FCAW) and Stick (SMAW) welding skills required
Ability to read drawings and take accurate measurements
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Able to work full-time in office in Oro-Medonte
Preferred Construction, drilling, mining,



or heavy equipment experience
Structural welding experience
Forklift or overhead crane experience
CWB certification (asset)
Pay & Perks Competitive hourly wage based on experience
Bi-weekly pay
Overtime after 40 hours
On-site parking

$25-$40/hr depending on experience
