Our client is searching for an experienced Registered Architect to join their team in BC's Interior Region.
With over 5 years of experience, you will take charge of diverse projects from concept to construction.
Your role will involve managing budgets, schedules, and maintaining strong client relationships, all while providing technical leadership and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all project phases, from design to construction
• Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
• Manage multidisciplinary teams for project delivery
• Conduct client meetings and maintain relationships
• Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements:
• Registered Architect (AIBC preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
• Solid proficiency in Autodesk Revit necessary
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
• Open to relocating to British Columbia for work
