Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong focus on food safety and quality. This role involves preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction. The Line Cook will work closely with the kitchen staff to deliver delicious dishes efficiently and consistently.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Follow food safety guidelines and proper handling procedures at all times
Ensure timely delivery of orders to the dining area
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients
Adhere to restaurant policies and health regulations to uphold a secure working workplace





Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings as needed

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
