Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and personable Food and Beverage Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled efficiently
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly, engaging demeanor
Operate POS (Point of Sale) system for order entry, billing, and cash handling with precision
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, tables, bar area, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards
Manage cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Assist in setting up and breaking down service areas before and after shifts




Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to health regulations to promote safety for both guests and staff

Experience
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with service standards and customer interaction
Experience with POS systems is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods
Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service with a friendly attitude and transparent communication skills
Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques to ensure guest safety
Experience in cashiering or serving roles within hospitality environments is advantageous
Must be 19 years of age and have Secure Serve certification
