Duties
Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and community needs
Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture
Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation that supports program success
Manage multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and achieve desired outcomes
Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, donors, and community leaders to enhance organizational visibility and support
Monitor organizational compliance with legal, regulatory, and funding requirements




Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings to advocate for its mission and expand its network

Experience
Proven administrative experience in leading nonprofit or similar organizations with a track record of successful management
Strong budgeting skills with experience in financial planning, monitoring budgets, and resource allocation
Demonstrated program management expertise, including planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting
Supervising experience with teams of varying sizes; ability to motivate and develop staff members
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
Familiarity with organizational governance structures and compliance standards

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
