Nurse role focuses on delivering compassionate end-of-life care in clients' homes. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Palliative Care program in Central Ontario. Providing client-centered nursing services, you'll collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare specialists.

Key responsibilities include assessing, monitoring, and coordinating care for individuals and families, ensuring high-quality patient care through ongoing evaluations. Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly
Coordinate care planning and ensure effective interventions
Evaluate care plans with continuous reassessment
Maintain documentation standards as per College of Nurses
Participate in on-call rotations for client needs Requirements:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
RPN diploma or RN degree from a recognized institution
Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
Experience in acute care or community nursing
Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle Utilize your nursing skills to make a lasting impact in clients' lives through compassionate care.
