Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team in Canada. Based at our Midas center, the Service Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and facilitating vehicle maintenance processes. This position is vital in helping us deliver top-tier automotive solutions aligned with our mission of quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs.
Provide detailed explanations of services and repair options.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Sell additional services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.




Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about vehicle status.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
Proven experience in dealership or automotive service environments.
Robust mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.
Excellent customer service skills with a qualified demeanor.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Experience in sales.
Basic cash handling skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
