Assume a leadership role in Woodshop Operations with Bombardier. This evening position focuses on managing a unionized team to ensure productivity and high-quality aircraft production. As the Operations Leader for the Global 6500, you will report directly to the Director of Operations.

This role involves coaching and supervising a team of 20 to 30 employees. You will establish production goals, drive continuous improvement, and document key processes while aligning with Bombardier's vision and values. Key Responsibilities:
Manage production objectives in the cutting room, assembly, and integration
Oversee budgeting and ensure employee productivity
Identify and standardize best practices within the team

Minimum 5 years in a management role

College education or equivalent experience
