We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support sales efforts. Duties
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
Assist customers with inquiries, account information, and issue resolution
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Engage in upselling and sales activities to promote products and services
Provide multilingual support in both English and Hindi to accommodate diverse clientele
Apply effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement
Support team members by sharing insights and best practices for customer engagement




Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and transactions

Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling techniques
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach
Knowledge of phone etiquette standards and professional demeanor during interactions
Multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse customers
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
