Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen by preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties
Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
Cook and assemble dishes efficiently while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a protected working environment
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
Assist with inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying management of stock needs
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
Adhere to all health regulations related to food handling and safety protocols

Qualifications




Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Solid teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
Basic understanding of serving practices and food industry standards
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or evenings if required
