We Need: Service Advisor

Qualifications
Have a thorough understanding of automotive technician trade
Have extensive knowledge of repair procedures
Robust leadership ability
Strong computer skills
Excellent time management
Excellent decision-making skills
Excellent customer service skills

Specific Duties
Create work orders
Estimate jobs, parts and labor
Communicate with technicians related to jobs
Manage technician workflow
Order parts




Maintain organization in the shop
Sell customers on work orders
Maintain a high quality of workmanship
Maintain a high shop morale
Maintain a high shop efficiency
Maintain a solid safety record
