Job DescriptionWhat is the Opportunity?We're looking for an experienced Director of Finance to join our Strategy, Products & Digital Investing (SP&DI) sub-segment within Wealth Management. This is a newly formed, high-impact team working at pace to support critical financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making for one of RBC's fastest-growing business areas. You'll work directly with senior executives (SVP and EVP level), drive financial strategy and efficiency initiatives, and help shape how we measure and optimize AI and digital investments across the organization.What Will You Do?Producing thorough, accurate and timely management reports for the Strategy, Products, Digital Investing (SP&DI) sub-segment within Wealth Management (WM)Driving the annual planning process and the monthly forecast process for SP&DI including analysis and review of financial information, key business drivers and impact of projects/programsManaging the allocations process for SP&DI costs including monthly processing of actuals, annual processing of plan, analysis and communication of allocation drivers to the WM businessesSupport decision-making including development of financials for business cases/PARs and the tracking of committed benefits $ for projects/programs in SP&DI and those with horizontal impact across WMSupport initiatives across WM including cost management/efficiency tracking, quarterly business review, project portfolio tracking, benchmarking including liaising with businesses and finance team across WM, enterprise PM, investor relationsSupport financial control team in execution of control activitiesExecute above objectives for legacy business financials,
