As Manager, you will lead a distributed team of cyber specialists, ensuring that TCDS bids, projects and products execute in accordance with Thales Cybersecurity requirements and that cybersecurity is applied across all engineering and non‑engineering disciplines. The role reports directly to the Director of Engineering.Key Areas of ResponsibilityAs a Resource ManagerProvides appropriate resources to deliver bids, projects and products.Plans the team’s workload in the short, medium and long term.Develops team skills to support bids, projects and products.Supports recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career management and succession planning for the team.Coaches, mentors and develops the team; leads the team tomeet company expectations for productivity, chargeability, quality, continuous improvement and accomplishment of objectives.Ensures that company policies and procedures are followed, including timesheets, time off and travel.As a Head of DisciplineResponsible for the establishment, standardization and evolution of processes, procedures and tooling for the discipline and sub‑disciplines.Ensures that the discipline and sub‑discipline processes, procedures and tooling meet the current and future needs of bids,



projects and products.Responsible for development of lessons learned and the sharing of knowledge and experience across the discipline and sub‑disciplines.Responsible for bid, project and product estimates for the discipline and sub‑disciplines.As Manager of CybersecurityEnsures that TCDS bids, projects and products execute in accordance with Thales Cybersecurity requirements.Ensures that cybersecurity is applied across other engineering and non‑engineering disciplines.As a member of the Cybersecurity teamResponsible for performing cybersecurity work on bids, projects and products.Minimum QualificationsEducation/Experience:College or university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 10 years leading a cybersecurity team.Minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 10 years responsible for cybersecurity functions; expertise in at least one cybersecurity tool (SIEM, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, firewall, IDS/IPS, IAM, encryption, DLP, threat intelligence, forensic, network monitoring, penetration testing).Expertise in at least one cybersecurity standard such as ISO/IEC 27001 or NIST Cybersecurity Framework.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a people or resource manager and managing a budget.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing an engineering discipline, including responsibility for associated policies and procedures.Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.If you’re excited about working with Thales but do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to join our Talent Community.What We OfferCompany‑paid extended health, dental, HSA, life, AD&DD,
