Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hiring Assistant Manager, Server, and Line Cook to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding current team members for server and line cook positions
Support the hiring manager in evaluating candidate qualifications and ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Deliver outstanding food service by taking orders, serving guests promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence
Handle food preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to proper food handling and safety protocols




Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, dining areas, and storage spaces
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy hours and special events
Turkish language is a benefit

Experience
Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred
Proven skills in serving, meal preparation, cooking, and food handling
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry
Experience working in fast-paced kitchen or dining settings demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities
Strong communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including order taking, food prep, and maintaining hygiene standards
