Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Arborist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and caring for trees and landscape features, ensuring safety, health, and aesthetic appeal of outdoor settings. This role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a energetic setting, utilizing specialized equipment and techniques to promote healthy growth and safety.

Duties
Perform tree pruning, trimming, and removal using industry-standard techniques and equipment
Operate bucket trucks and other aerial lift equipment safely for elevated work
Conduct rigging operations to safely lower large branches or trees during removal or maintenance
Inspect trees for health issues or hazards and recommend appropriate action
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and environmental regulationsSkills
Proficiency in rigging techniques for safe tree removal and branch lowering




Experience operating bucket trucks and bucket operation skills for elevated tasks
Strong background in horticulture, plant health, and landscape maintenance practices
Familiarity with arboricultural safety procedures and equipment use
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in assessing tree health and safety hazardsThis position requires a commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and delivering high-quality landscape care. Candidates with a background in horticulture or landscape maintenance are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $19.00-$35.00 per hour
