Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyperson Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and the ability to work on various projects, including building and renovation tasks. This role requires proficiency in both industrial and low-voltage electrical work, as well as the capability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.

Duties
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. This includes fire alarm work.
Be proficient in troubleshooting, have a general understanding of electrical to be able to accomplish this in a timely manner.
Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various electrical tasks.
Be able to communicate clearly.
Collaborate with other tradespeople on renovation projects to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all duties.

Qualifications




Proven experience as an industrial electrician or in a similar role.
Robust knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to electrical work.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Certificate of qualification or Red Seal
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
Ability to pass background check
