Overview
We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our retail team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer experiences, managing transactions efficiently, and supporting store operations. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases
Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and credit transactions
Provide product demos and explain features to customers when needed
Upsell complementary products and promote ongoing promotions to increase sales
Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
Handle customer inquiries both in person and via phone with professionalism
Manage cash register operations including balancing drawers at shift end
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment




Ensure the checkout area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations

Skills
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
Robust communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
Knowledge of retail sales techniques, upselling, and merchandising strategies
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing registers
Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to demonstrate products confidently through demos or technical explanations
Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently
Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during shifts
Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus but not required
