We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety and sanitation regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations before, during, and after service
Serve dishes promptly to ensure timely delivery to guests
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy hours




Follow all food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure quality standards are met

Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred, especially in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques and culinary practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward customer service
Basic knowledge of serving protocols is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
